SUPerior in EVERY WAY!
Review by Anna

I was lucky enough to find this board during the early season pre-order offer and surprised my boyfriend with 2 for his birthday. The quality, durability, design and thoughtful details on this board WAY exceeded my high expectations! We have been on these boards many times over the summer here in NC and SC and LOVE them! They track well, are stable enough for yoga and fishing, plus they are so light and easy to transport. The customer service and follow up with this company is also stellar by the way. Every where we go people ask us where we found these boards, plus the graphics are also really great! Soooo happ with this purchase and this company- we will definitely be ordering more models ?

SUP yeah!

This board not only looks cool, but handles well and is super fun to ride. It's easy to inflate, deflate, transport, etc. It also came with everything I needed out of the bag, so I could get straight onto the water. Love it!

addicted to SUPing!
Review by Glass Joe

I tried stand up paddle boarding late last summer and it was cool. Went back out last week and fell in total love with the sport! I just ordered my HS NorthStar and cannot wait for it to arrive. Price looks good and all the positive reviews are good enough for me to give it a try. Plus its ORANGE CAMO! And everybody knows how much I LOVE the color orange.

pleasantly surprised

I was skeptical when I bought my HS SUP. I researched for days, even weeks and compared models from other brands against each other for price, features and accessories. When I found the HS, I saw it was "On-Sale" and was quite a bit cheaper than other comparable boards, but slightly more expensive than others. After talking to Marshall (?) at HS on the phone, I decided to order one. I gotta tell you- when I opened the box, the item was not what I was expecting for $750. It was WAY WAY BETTER! And since Ive gotten to take it to the lake once this year on a rainy, cold windy day, the only thing I can say about the way it rode was, #1 its stable enough that even as a total novice, I didn't fall in (thank gawd). #2 it was really easy to transport in my Suburu Impreza. I took it to the lake in the bag just in the back seat with my dog Jameson, but I strapped it to my roof for the ride home and it was really really easy to load and unload. #3 it was so simple to assemble it was idiot proof- which my girl friend likes since I don't really read directions much. So thanks High Society! You make an excellent SUP and Ill be back to get a snowboard this winter.

XOXO

Just checked out the NorthStar
Review by Meghan

I just went in to the HS showroom in Aspen and got my hands on the board for first time. I had been checking this out online and wanted to see one up close and Im glad I did- they are so nice! Much lighter than I expected and the guys showed me all the accessories and some features not listed here. I got mine ordered and cant wait to get it. Quality and service were excellent.

Sucker for camo
Review by Adrian

Bought a North Star last summer love it. Just picked up a new camo NS and cant wait for it to get here. My daughter is going to college in Michigan and will be getting my old one to take back with her. All I can say about HS is that they exceeded my expectations on all levels. You will not be disappointed. They sell out fast - I tried to get a second one for a gift at Christmas and none were left.

5 Stars
Review by Dan C.

I bought a HS Northstar in July of 14 and used it probably 50+ times before i put it away for the Winter. Just saw this new graphic and just had to buy it. I figured I would write a detailed review for those of you out there that are thinking about buying one.

First, the service you get from HS is pretty unexpected. You talk to real people and they are super helpful. I kind of annoyed them for a couple days with questions and not once did I feel like I was asking stupid questions. This was my first SUP and I wanted to make sure was getting the right board. 5 stars for service

Next, the board itself is sooooo nice. You can see the quality right out of the box and from the first time you use it. Ive used in lakes, rivers and even in Florida on the Atlantic with no problems. The pad is comfortable on my feet- i demo'd another brand before I bought the HS and the pad suuuuucked. My feet were sore for 2 days- not with the Northstar- very nice. The board is really stable and I am a big guy- 220lbs on a good day. 5 stars for quality

Last are the included accessories. I have not had to use the repair kit so cant speak for that. The pump that came with my board last year was single action so it took a little more work than I would have liked to get it pumped to proper pressure but it works fine. I see the new board comes with a dual action so im pumped (pun) about that. The fin and paddle work great and when you are in shallow areas you can just remove the big fin quickly with no tools. The backpack is a nice bonus and I use it all the time. 4.5 for the accessories

Bottom line is if you want a sup you cannot go wrong with an HS. See you out there.

Review by Very Impressed!

After looking at various brands for weeks and choose the Northstar last Summer and could not be more impressed. Its durable and does it all. I have taken it on rivers, lakes and even the ocean while I was in Big Sur. Will definately be buying one of the new camo boards too!
